  3. If we’re wanting to grow our glutes, is this enough? Or do we need to be doing this for activation and then doing more with weights? If so what should we be doing with the weights?

  5. This was the first video I found of you and I loved it so much I continued to work out with you for the last few months. Joining the made to move it challenge, I hadn't done this one in a while. HOLY COW! Working out to your other videos and learning to focus on the specific muscle groups gives me a completely different and better burn than before. Also adding ankle weights helps. With eating healthy and staying active I'm down 25 lbs! Thanks Abby for all you do!

    Can you do a pre glute series stretch that will help those with tight hip flexors / hamstrings to get the most benefit from full firing glutes ?

  9. I never understand why I can’t feel the workout in the correct side. WHen working the left, I feel only the right and vice versa..WHy is this? No matter what I try I can’t get it to work the right side in the right place… 🙁

  10. WOW. Honestly for the past two years I have not worked out in years and lost the most muscle mass in my butt. This ONE work out I can actually FEEL it. Will do this every day. SUBSCRIBED!

  11. The Netherlands is in lockdown again, so the gyms are closed. I first did the low impact 20 minute hiit and then this one, loved it!

  12. In the standing circuit, I find that my standing glute gets more of a workout than the moving one. Any tips on how to target the right glute, or is this supposed to happen?

  13. I had to pause before I could do the last set, it's the first time I have had to hit pause, I find my supporting hip often burns more than the one I am working, I am off to do a stretch and I am DONE for the day!

  14. I loved it but I wondered if it’s normal that I feel my glute on the leg that it is on the floor during circuit 3 (and not in the actual leg that is moving)
