Discovered this video today as a new challenge for myself. Watching it at first I thought it was easy so I planned two workout video. Change of plans after trying to catch my body and breath at the 2nd round. This video is a workout keeper.
First week I did only two rounds,second week I did 3 rounds, three days after that I did four rounds and today I said fuck it and I did six rounds. Now I am sitting on a toilet semi unconscious saying that even tho I have not lost a single pound I still feel ten times better than I did three weeks ago.

I have heart arrhythmia and I almost died at the end of 3rd round, but fuck it I'd rather die than to be fat ass lil bitch.

Try this . I have 86.7 kg and 1.75 m! Is easy but i make a pause at 6:20 and after continue . Is not so hard

Just did it after the the 2 round I paused for a minute and a half then finished the 3 this is no joke
