I finally completely the flat stomach challenge today guys!!!!! So happy ❤️. I only did the low impact workouts throughout the challenge and still the results are amazing. I also didn't follow a strict diet but still I got stronger everyday. So it definitely is effective and you should do it too
ok can someone tell me if im doing something wrong cause like i feel like my arms did 70% of the work and 30% being my thighs helping me support my body
I dunno will this help anyone but if you have uneven buttcheeks you can do this workout just for your weaker leg (rest about 10 seconds when its a 5 min break if you have to) and once with both legs Ive been doing that for 2 days and i already have good results My butt is evening out Hope this helps Good luck everyone im proud of you (Also check your butt. Its normal to have a stronger side but if difference is big you might be over engaging one side and its useful to know) But a having a dominant side is normal so dont freak out

The frog kicks are so hard to do and i feel like i am doing them wrong cuz sometimes it's extremly painful and sometimes it's just nothing ..any help?
