  1. I finally completely the flat stomach challenge today guys!!!!! So happy ❤️. I only did the low impact workouts throughout the challenge and still the results are amazing. I also didn't follow a strict diet but still I got stronger everyday. So it definitely is effective and you should do it too

  2. ok can someone tell me if im doing something wrong cause like i feel like my arms did 70% of the work and 30% being my thighs helping me support my body

  3. I dunno will this help anyone but if you have uneven buttcheeks you can do this workout just for your weaker leg (rest about 10 seconds when its a 5 min break if you have to) and once with both legs
    Ive been doing that for 2 days and i already have good results
    My butt is evening out

    (Also check your butt. Its normal to have a stronger side but if difference is big you might be over engaging one side and its useful to know)
    But a having a dominant side is normal so dont freak out

  4. Does anyone else feel super weak and out of Shape because they’re always going the modifications? My arms are so weak. It really messes with my head.
