  4. I accidentally did this on 1.25 speed and wondered why she was in such rush 😂
    Then I realized I'm dead and I didn't even technically do the full 10 min 😩🤦🏽‍♀️

  5. no joke guys: i did this workout once and woke up with a more defined line under my boobs separating my abs. they are hard to the touch. i’m doing it again and i expect to wake up with a full six pack!

    here are my results so far:
    Day 1: June 15th 2021: ✅ IT BURNED ALOT and i was in painnn. but i completed all the workouts!!
    Day 2: June 16th 2021: ✅ i was so sore from yesterday, BUT I DID ITTT again it burned SO MUCH so far no changes yet since it's only be 2 days.

  7. update: no i will not die LOL- this is really for my own benefit of watching myself. i’m a 16 year old girl btw and i’m somewhat fit (just for reference)

    day 1: ✅ i ate half a banana and drank some water before this btw. so i didn’t stop once, the last 2-3 exercises were making me shake though. i felt a good burn throughout the workout. i’m gonna stretch so i won’t be sore for tomorrow. bye 🤪😩

    day 2: ✅ okay so i ate half a banana and some water again. i wasn’t as sore as i thought i’d be, but i was so dead by the lifting crunches today. i stopped for, like, a few seconds when i was doing that hold though. but other than that, today was good 🙂

  8. Going back to this workout after 3 years of training. I used to do this ab workout all the time before I started lifting weights at the gym. Decided to go back to this just for fun as well as get back my core strength. I don't remember it being this hard! Definitely going to add this back into my workout routine.
