  2. When im on all four and doing the Leg kicks etc. the leg im not working on gets numb and hurts. Does anyone else have the same problem? im not sure if the problem is my form…. but i dont know…

  3. Loved it, did a good portion of it with 10 lbs ankle weights on each leg, I really needed the glute burn! Bulgarian lunges and elevated single leg hip thrusters hurt me the most, but it was welcomed 🙂

  4. I appreciate this type of workout so much… I find myself getting so sore at times that all I can work out is my butt and abs on certain days without any impact. I'm turning 50 in a few months so I have to learn to take it easy some days. Love your content and appreciate the opportunity to work out with your smiling face 💪🌹💖
