I usually do this in every morning for 30 minutes! i came across this video so i am commenting to share the authenticity of this method. this is very effective way, please try to push yourself little bit more while running, dont stop your run in between, if you are not able to run more and feeling tired, do jog or walk fast but dont stop, the results gonna surprise you after few days!!! also please dont cut the meal from your day, eat healthy and in limit.
