Its still surprise me just how a lot of people do not know about Clegenatur Methods (do a search on google) even though lots of people increase their breast size without surgery using it. Thanks to my personal mate who told me about this. I've increase my cup size.

Lunge Crossovers: 3 sets of 25 reps
Elbow to knee touches: 3 sets of 20 reps
Alternate Lunges: 2 sets of 35 reps
Hunch Crunches: 3 sets of 25 reps
