  1. I just completed my 197th day of workout excluding 47 resting days in between!

    From November counting Thirty minutes per day workout

    November : 20
    December: 23
    January: 26
    February: 2

    Total : 71 days of workout completed today each day thirty minutes!

    Great !

    Very good consistency to keep my body and hence mind fit and healthy in good working state !

  2. This is poor advice and anyone that will listen to this let alone believe in it, needs to do a lot of researching. Anyone with any common sense will know it takes longer than 30 days to lose belly fat. And laying in bed is a lazy person's exercise. You will not accomplished much from this !

  3. I don't know how this came on my feed but thank you so much so far I can only do the first two exercises but my stomach muscles are screaming so I know it's working thank you again

  4. I want to say that I've done this work out twice a day every day (except for 3 days total) since I started using it which I believe is over a year ago now. I even did it when I went on a vacation because it's nice and quick but deeply effective. I want to say thank you to the creator of this workout and for posting. Dietary changes and limiting cheat days has made such a difference. I never thought I'd have abs or definition at 35 years old. It's a real gift, thank you.
