I took 2 week 1000 jump rope challenge just with a 15 min workout you can loose 2 to 3 kgs in month which is awesome 👌. Instead of just thinking we should be little active and we can loose weight slowly slowly.

  3. Aadha Adhura gyan and could not understand both the doc's point. Sometimes I feel that the doc's don't provide the detailed info for some reason. The doc said only to do cardio exercises to lose fat. These 2 mins advice are worthless and do not add any value to your weight loss journey. Everyone should dig deep and understand on their own how weight is increased and how it can be reduced.

  4. Bhuka rehna is not a concept (12-16 hours gap between last and first food). This is a routine which is made by Ayurveda. So it’s help not only for weight loss but it also repair your body.
